A few weeks ago we sent out a survey and an overwhelming number of you filled it out, thank you!  With the information learned, it’s very obvious that most of you wanted the ability to schedule and reschedule your laser tattoo removal appointments online.  One of the other questions we asked was how you’d like to be notified about an upcoming appointment.  Roughly 45% who filled out the survey prefer to be contacted via text message.

After several weeks of trial and beta testing we ended up using Schedulista, an online scheduling and reminder service that integrates very well with what we already do, while increasing productivity and helping deliver the best possible service for you.  Their customer support and help integrating to our website and also on our Facebook page has been unparallelled. You read that right, you can now also schedule an appointment right from Facebook, in addition to the scheduling page setup here on the site.

If you have an appointment with us coming up, chances are you’ve already received a confirmation from Schedulista via email.  As we transition over to their service, you’re appointments will be updated and you need not do anything.  Our new online scheduling system does let you cancel appointments with at least 48-hours notice prior via that confirmation link, so save that email.  You may then reschedule yourself at a later date.  Please note, we will still be enforcing our cancellation and missed appointment policy.

From now moving forward, an email will be dispatched 48-hours prior to your appointment and you’ll also have the option to select a text message reminder, too.
