FTDS Laser Tattoo Removal

This client has the letters FTDS tattooed on the inside of their wrist and wishes to continue a sleeve, to which this tattoo doesn’t merge well with. A total of 3-4 laser tattoo removal treatments will be performed, this being the first one. At that point, the tattoo will be faded enough for the client to get a cover up tattoo that doesn’t sacrifice quality or require total pigment saturation of the area, in other words be very dark or all black.

In this video you see a portion of one of the tattoos being treated. The white “frosting” that appears immediately after the the laser is water vapor, a byproduct of the laser tattoo removal treatment. Within 10 minutes, this fades and is not a burn or blister.

In the left hand of this video is a hose, it’s a cryo-chiller, a device that blows extremely cold air onto the skin before and during a treatment to help reduce any short-term swelling, a common side effect. It is not a vacuum.

What you see here was filmed in real time, showing just how fast tattoo removal treatments are.
